City of Greenville South Carolina GIS Analyst II – Development – Salary Range: $42,494 - $66,268

GIS Developer and Project Leader for internal and external GIS projects. Plan, coordinate, and develop projects utilizing and supporting geographic information systems technology within the organization as assigned by division manager. Provide technical and user support for specialty GIS applications. Evaluate, determine, and produce advanced GIS analysis services and products to support customer needs. Support, train, and coach advanced GIS users within the organization in current and new technology capabilities. Good project management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with and contribute to a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field is required. Over four years of experience in GIS is required. Local government experience is preferred. Proven competence in SQL Server query language, and HTML coding, and ESRI product certifications is highly desired. A valid driver’s license is required.
